  • Founder & Principle

    Bobby Bellucci is the founder of Elkridge Construction, a general contracting firm specializing in commercial, industrial, and tenant improvement projects across Southern California. With 15 years of experience managing complex builds, he is trusted by leading commercial real estate brokers—many of whom have chosen him to deliver their own headquarters offices.

    Known for his collaborative approach, clear communication, and focus on quality, Bobby has led projects across office, industrial, retail, and institutional sectors from preconstruction through final turnover. His reputation rests on delivering work that is on schedule, within budget, and built to last.

    Outside of construction, Bobby is the lead singer and guitarist of Force Majeure, a band he co-founded with other real estate professional, that merges his passions for real estate and music.
